Our ladies of Innoconn Construction Management celebrated womeninconstructionweek by taking part in a hands-on event hosted by Hilti Group in Hartford on March 5th.
The ladies got hands on experience using different power tools and learned the competitive advantage that their tools have compared to their competitors! They were educated on different systems and how they compare to industry standards and why they are important to ensure that they are properly installed.

They were certified in fire insulation systems as well. It was a great networking event as they connected with other women in construction. Way to go ladies!
