The Vision Behind the Company
To build this visionary team, Lexington Property Management, LLC recruited Christopher Reilly, a seasoned senior property management executive to lead its new management arm. Chris has over thirty years of property management experience including ten years with The Winn Companies as a Regional Vice President, ten years with Equity Residential as a Senior Vice President, and seven years with The Wingate Companies as President and COO. During his time in the industry, Chris managed all classes of real estate, but his concentration and expertise have been multifamily with over 50,000 units managed during his career.
He is well-known in the industry for forging strong relationships; hiring, organizing and leading great teams of people to achieve market-leading results. Lexington Property Management (LPM) will join decades of knowledge with the latest in property management software. Using cutting-edge technology platforms gives Lexington the ability to leverage market knowledge, remain lean, and apply processes that drive value and maximize asset performance.
