Lexington Partners is a fully integrated company where its development arm (Lexington Partners, LLC), its property management arm (Lexington Property Management LLC) and its Construction Company (InnonConn Construction Management, LLC) are independently profitable while supporting its mission to own, grow, purchase, develop, construct and manage its own portfolio in CT, the Southeast, the Northeast. Lexington Commercial, LLC will focus on all the commercial leasing & tenant procurement and space selection/identification for clients.
Lexington’s goal is to purchase a minimum of 1,500+ apartments per annum for the next five years so that the Lexington portfolio will consist of 10,000 Apartments by the end of 2026.
Lexington hopes to raise a total of $300 Million in outside equity over the next three years, with an initial raise of $150 Million in 2021. This will be raised as a fund.
Lexington additionally will develop an average of 1,000 apartment units per annum for the next five years. We presently have 500 units lined up for development in 2021.
