Paul LaBelle

Assistant Controller

Paul serves as the Assistant Controller for Lexington Partners, Lexington Property Management, LLC, and affiliated entities. Reporting to the CFO and Corporate Controller, he provides vital support. His duties include managing daily accounting activities, overseeing monthly close reviews and financial reporting, and acting as a primary contact for audit and tax communications. Paul also handles technical accounting areas and manages the accounting process for new construction and tenant buildouts, including draw requisitions with third parties. Additionally, he contributes to systems implementations and optimizations, enhancing and standardizing accounting processes for greater efficiency while maintaining strict internal controls.

Before joining Lexington Partners, Paul amassed over a decade of experience in the accounting field. His diverse background includes roles in public accounting, financial reporting, technical accounting, management, and maintaining financial information for a variety of businesses.

Paul is a member of the Association of Accountants and Financial Professionals in Business (IMA) – Hartford Chapter, the National Association of Accountants, and the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut.

He earned an MBA from the University of Central Connecticut School of Business, an esteemed AACSB-accredited institution, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
