The Tannery — Glastonbury, CT

The historic Tannery mill site, located on 32 acres on the newly created Flanagan’s Drive off of New London Turnpike near Glastonbury Center, is being thoughtfully redeveloped as a dynamic, mixed-use development with restaurant, including 250 luxury apartment homes with a variety of living options.

Windsor Station — Windsor, CT

Windsor Station Apartment Homes is the first of its class of development in downtown Windsor, CT consists of 130 apartments, in a prime mass transit location across from the Windsor Amtrak station.  Both four-story, elevator-served buildings are positioned on Mechanic Street with views of Windsor Town Center and a preserve with water feature adjacent to renowned Loomis-Chaffe School campus.   The recently opened buildings have a fabulous array of amenities such as two resident galleries, fitness center and yoga and private training room, community room, outdoor barbecue area with fire pit.  The community is pet friendly and has a fenced dog park in addition to prime access to many area nature trails.  Parking in the back of the building is complete with an electric car charging station.

One Park — West Hartford, CT

A high-profile adaptive reuse and new construction project by Lexington Partners and InnoConn Construction will create new, upscale apartments with structured parking in this sought-after upscale location.  The design which was unanimously approved by the West Hartford Town Council, includes the renovation of 36 rooms for the Sisters of St. Joseph convent and 294 new apartment homes, ranging from studios to three-bedrooms in size.  The development features renovation and new construction, with a total height of four stories. Amenities include a fitness center, an outdoor saltwater pool, a pet recreation area, electric car charging stations, and pet salons. The fitness center would include Peloton bikes, a group fitness area for classes and a golf simulator room. Design schematics prepared by Hartford’s Amenta Emma Architects depict masonry-clad structures, with the newer buildings designed to compliment the historic look of the campus’ chapel and older structures. Many of the apartments will have balconies. Pre-leasing is tentatively planned for late 2019 through early 2020.

Trumbull On The Park — Hartford, CT

Trumbull on the Park is a $40 million mixed use development which consists of 100 new market rate apartments, a 600 car parking garage, and 8,000 square feet of surface retail anchored by ever-popular Salute restaurant. A pioneer building for Hartford, was one of the first developments in Hartford’s downtown, bringing luxury living options back to center city, which kick-started a new era in Hartford’s thriving rental market.  Part of the development included the renovation of two historical buildings on Lewis Street, which account for 12 of the 100 units of the project.

Completed in 2006, the property is at 100% occupancy today, and is considered one of the premier luxury housing locations in downtown Hartford on Bushnell Park.

Est. 2015

Mallory Ridge is a Class A garden style apartment housing community. The development features a fitness center, clubhouse, resort-style pool, picnic and sundeck areas and beautiful wooded views.

Residents enjoy options of garages, and en-suite washer/dryers, as well as top-of-the line finishes and amenities. The property was completed in July of 2014 and sold in late 2015 for a record breaking sales price in Hartford County.

Addison Mill Apartments — Glastonbury, CT

Est. 2009

Addison Mill originally operated as a knitting mill to create clothing and uniforms for Union soldiers in the Civil War. Developer Martin Kenny’s unwavering vision, despite many naysayers about the project, brought this historic adaptive reuse project to fruition in one of the most prestigious towns in Connecticut. The building renovation included completely gutting and rebuilding the mill from the inside out. New structural beams and columns were added and the floors and roof rebuilt following the existing details.

Fifty-five upscale apartments were re-engineered, re-envisioned, and redesigned within the existing mill footprint. With a mix of one and two bedrooms, the apartments feature granite counter tops, exposed brick accent walls, and hardwood floors.The mill sits directly on Addison Pond and has a large waterfall that spills into a picturesque brook that runs through the center of the mill building.
