Lexington currently owns and operates 566 upscale apartments, has 150 under construction, and another 294 under development in high-barrier to entry markets like Wethersfield, West Hartford, and Downtown Hartford, CT. They’ve been involved with a number of high-profile office projects in the New Haven area over the years, including One Century Tower (20 story office building, 300,000 square feet, 600 car parking garage), and Gateway Center (9 story office building, 126,000 square feet, 400 car parking garage); both in the heart of the New Haven CBD.

Lexington Partners created InnoConn Construction Corp. a vital strategic partnership and construction arm for their growing portfolio.  Mr. Kenny, together with partner Craig Pinney, will leverage their deep understanding of the property investment arena, their construction and engineering acumen, and development expertise to give Lexington a leading edge to pursue more challenging projects with quality control, expediency, and efficiency at the forefront of their endeavors.


Mr. Kenny’s diverse and substantive background as a real estate professional combined with his ability to foresee future opportunities in ever changing market conditions.  His experience allows him to capitalize on lucrative opportunities in the real estate arena in both up and down marketplaces for the benefit of his company and loyal investor partners.

As Lexington’s owner and principal,  his ability to put together investment partnerships, combined with ample liquidity and excellent financing relationships, has enabled Kenny to accelerate the underwriting process and close on properties in advance of the competition.


Lexington Property Management, LLC recruited Christopher Reilly, a seasoned senior property management executive to lead its new management arm. Chris has over thirty years of property management experience including ten years with The Winn Companies as a Regional Vice President, ten years with Equity Residential as a Senior Vice President, and seven years with The Wingate Companies as President and COO. During his time in the industry, Chris managed all classes of real estate, but his concentration and expertise has been multifamily with over 50,000 units managed during his career.

He is well-known in the industry for forging strong relationships; hiring, organizing and leading great teams of people to achieve market leading results. Lexington Property Management, LLC will join decades of knowledge with the latest in property management software. Using cutting edge technical platforms gives Lexington the ability to leverage market knowledge, remain lean, and apply processes that drive value and maximize asset performance. Alan Lazowski, CEO of Laz Parking & Laz Investments, LLC

About Alan Lazowski. Lazowski co-founded LAZ Parking in 1981 while attending the University of Connecticut. Since then, LAZ Parking has grown into a national hospitality parking company with revenue in excess of $1 billion and more than 10,000 employees.

As the Chairman of the National Parking Association, he advanced NPA’s strategic plan focus on education, research, technology and advocacy to build strong parking communities in the private and public sector.

Alan is a champion of diversity and parking  education and brings the voice of young parking leaders, CPPs and multiple sectors to the NPA Board of Directors. The inclusion of a more diverse board fosters dialogue, networking and the development of parking education that meets the varied needs of NPA members across all parking sectors.

Mark P. Consoli, Chief Financial Officer

Mark P. Consoli serves as Chief Financial Officer of Lexington Partners and Lexington Property Management, LLC and is responsible for all financial aspects of the firm’s businesses. He has over 30 years of real estate experience in accounting, finance, and operations in multiple asset classes including office, retail, multifamily, and hotels.

Prior to joining Lexington Partners, Mark served as CFO at privately held real estate investment and operating companies including Metropolitan Properties, The Simon Konover Company, and The Davis Companies. Prior to that, Mark held accounting, finance and operations roles, including Chief Operating Officer during his fourteen year career at diversified real estate operating company, Northland Investment Corp. Mark began his career in Ernst & Young’s Boston office then spent nine years with Spaulding & Slye, a regional office developer acquired by JLL. Mark’s been actively involved in over $3 billion of capital transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and recapitalizations.

Mark holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University and MBA from Babson College.



Patrick C. Kenny is a commercial real estate analyst for Lexington Partners who is involved in work related to government entitlements for apartment and commercial projects, financial underwriting for equity and debt offerings prepared by Lexington Partners, and also responsible for leasing and other property management endeavors related to Lexington Partners Commercial Property portfolio.

Pat is a graduate of Colby-Sawyer College in New London, New Hampshire.

He is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut and recently obtained his Connecticut real estate sales license.


Craig Pinney brings over 35 years of wide-ranging experience in the construction industry as a professional structural engineer, estimator, general contractor and business owner. He owned Pinney Construction Company, an entity, which he successfully operated from 1991-2012. Mr. Pinney has worked in many capacities in the building construction trade since his graduation from The University of Connecticut in 1978 as a structural engineer (and as captain of the UCONN baseball team).

Mr. Pinney’s career commenced at Erland Construction, Inc. in Burlington, Mass. as a field engineer, an assistant superintendent, then an estimator. Pinney moved back to Connecticut in 1981 to work for the Glastonbury firm R. Hyppa & Assoc. where his responsibility was to oversee two highway construction projects. In 1983 he became a certified Professional Engineer. In 1983 he joined Development Consultants, Inc (DCI) of Hartford, CT as an assistant superintendent of the 11 & 15 story twin tower, high-rises located on Columbus Boulevard in downtown Hartford.  After the successful completion of the office towers, Mr. Pinney was promoted within DCI to project manager and estimator.  Mr. Pinney was later recruited in 1985 to become an integral part of a startup company, C. E. Larson & Company.

This company doubled in size in the four short years that Mr. Pinney was employed there, the last two as their Vice-President. When he left to begin his own company in February 1989, C.E. Larson & Co. became a $30 million a year company with over 100 employees.  In October 1991 he launched Pinney Construction Corp.

He joined Lexington Partners in 2015 to lay the groundwork for InnoConn Construction Corporation.
