Windsor Station — Windsor, CT

Trumbull on the Park is a $40 million mixed use development which consists of 100 new market rate apartments, a 600 car parking garage, and 8,000 square feet of surface retail anchored by ever-popular Salute restaurant. A pioneer building for Hartford, was one of the first developments in Hartford’s downtown, bringing luxury living options back to center city, which kick-started a new era in Hartford’s thriving rental market.  Part of the development included the renovation of two historical buildings on Lewis Street, which account for 12 of the 100 units of the project.

Addison Mill Apartments — Glastonbury, CT

Est. 2009

Addison Mill originally operated as a knitting mill to create clothing and uniforms for Union soldiers in the Civil War. Developer Martin Kenny’s unwavering vision, despite many naysayers about the project, brought this historic adaptive reuse project to fruition in one of the most prestigious towns in Connecticut. The building renovation included completely gutting and rebuilding the mill from the inside out. New structural beams and columns were added and the floors and roof rebuilt following the existing details.

Fifty-five upscale apartments were re-engineered, re-envisioned, and redesigned within the existing mill footprint. With a mix of one and two bedrooms, the apartments feature granite counter tops, exposed brick accent walls, and hardwood floors.The mill sits directly on Addison Pond and has a large waterfall that spills into a picturesque brook that runs through the center of the mill building.

Est. 2015

Mallory Ridge is a Class A garden style apartment housing community. The development features a fitness center, clubhouse, resort-style pool, picnic and sundeck areas and beautiful wooded views.
